Becoming a school council representative is a prestigious role within our school. At the start of each academic year, children vote for two pupils from their class who they feel consistently demonstrate our school values and are role models within the class.
Once selected, the children participate in regular meetings with Mr McRae-Smith (Park Campus) and Mr Mills (Stirling Campus).
The children are engaged in projects across the school including how to improve our energy efficiency, recycling, playground development and forest schools. As well as this, the children have been involved in other school events such as delivering school assemblies, fundraising and have also been part of interviews.
All of our school council representatives thoroughly enjoy their roles and take their responsibilities seriously to continually try to improve our school.
